class communicator Knowledge and experience of lead generation, building pipeline and objection handing and a range of sales techniques Confident in presenting over the phone and be able to deal with rejections Initially the Sales Engineer will predominantly be office based, working alongside one of the Directors, building relationships with potential customers, generating leads and booking meetings. Some international travel will be involved when youre up and running, a rough guide might be 2-4 trips per year. The technical side of what the range of products do can be taught, what the successful Sales Engineer needs to bring to the table is a go-getting attitude and be comfortable working in a startup style environment with limited structure (this isnt for everyone!), there might not be always someone on tap who has the answers! The Birmingham based facility is based just South of the city and is commutable from Shirley, Solihull, Dudley, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Redditch, Bromsgrove and Kidderminster.
