Main Responsibilities: Effectively perform technical tasks to advance the IT roadmap, including the innovative use of solutions that best fit business / project needs. • Manage/Coordinate multiple development team for building features and collaborate with developers on solutions. Develop the underlying architecture, design and framework component needed for application development. • Work with cross platform and matrixed organizations within Enterprise Architecture and Client Solutions to drive technology decisions for the enterprise • Advises on the options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts and technology priorities. • Demonstrate ability to use tools such as Visio, Gliffy to illustrate flows, data design, and application architecture. • Write technical specifications such as: design documents, SOP & Development Guide and status reports. • Understand and support product and architectural roadmaps, provide financial estimates and impacts. • Assist and guide the Project Lead/PM/BA in project coordination • Do RCA for issues/escalation and set remedial action in motion. Monitor and appraise the outcome of the remedial action taken
