Administer and maintain
SQL Server environments (2016+)
across multiple systems Perform
performance tuning & optimization
of:
Stored procedures Dynamic SQL Complex queries and ETL processes
Manage
database security , authentication models, and role-based access Implement and support:
Backup & recovery strategies Disaster recovery planning High availability solutions (Always On, clustering)
Optimize large-scale datasets including
case management and judicial data Identify and resolve:
Blocking, deadlocks, long-running queries Index fragmentation and statistics issues
Support
data warehouse architecture , including fact/dimension models Optimize backend queries for
Power BI reporting and dashboards Ensure
data integrity, governance, and standardization
across systems Perform
data cleanup and remediation
across multiple jurisdictions Develop and maintain
automation scripts and DevOps pipelines
for:
Schema deployments Data migrations Version control integration
Monitor and enforce
security & compliance standards
(CJIS, judicial confidentiality) Collaborate with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams
Required Skills

SQL Database Administration & Operations 3+ years of experience in
