We are hiring a diligent Warehouse Worker for our facility in Los Angeles, California. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving a broad range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order picking and packing. You will play a key part in managing inventory, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to efficient logistics. The ideal candidate is a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting. Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to use designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, contributing to the overall productivity of the team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, stocking shelves, picking orders accurately, and preparing items for shipment. You will also assist with inventory counts and maintain organization within the warehouse. Teamwork and good communication are vital for success in this role.
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage orders for outgoing shipment.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Proper use of required PPE is mandatory.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
