Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Inspect goods for damages and verify quantities against shipping documents.
- Store products in designated areas of the warehouse efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements using RF scanners.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar logistics environment is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be willing and able to wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses and vests.
- Capacity for Lifting and moving goods weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
