We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our Baltimore, Maryland location. In this role, you will be essential to our daily operations, contributing to the efficient handling and storage of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stock checks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform duties involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
