Are you ready to be a key player in our Durham, North Carolina warehouse operations? We are actively seeking a diligent Picker/Packer to join our dedicated team. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, directly impacting our customer satisfaction. As a Picker/Packer, you will meticulously select items from our inventory shelves according to customer orders, carefully inspect them for quality, and securely pack them for safe transit. Accuracy in picking and packing is critical, as is the proper labeling of all packages. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain an organized and efficient workflow. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are required to adhere to stringent Safety protocols and consistently wear the provided PPE. This position requires physical stamina, involving frequent Lifting of packages, which can weigh up to 45 lbs, and the ability to remain active and on your feet throughout your shift.
