We are seeking motivated individuals to become an integral part of our logistics and supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of warehouse activities, such as receiving inbound inventory, accurately stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will utilize advanced warehouse management systems and material handling equipment. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment is a core expectation, requiring strict adherence to all company safety protocols and the diligent use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, as you will be involved in frequent lifting and moving of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
- Operate various material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and other methods.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the distribution center's logistics.
- Process shipments and update tracking information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous distribution center or warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A commitment to a safe and efficient logistics environment.
