- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Sort, categorize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, verifying counts and destinations.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals and improve efficiency.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting. Must be reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude. A commitment to safety and willingness to follow all guidelines is essential.
