- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or electronic scanners.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Package products carefully and securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking and packing goals.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Must be able to perform repetitive lifting of items up to 30 pounds. Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy. Basic reading and comprehension skills. Experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is a plus. A commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing necessary PPE is essential.
