We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and promoting a culture of awareness regarding the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Inspect items for damage before packing and shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Understand and contribute to the overall logistics process.
- Be prepared for tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles. Familiarity with safety regulations and proper PPE usage is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
