Join our bustling logistics center in Phoenix, Arizona as a Warehouse Worker! This is a hands-on role crucial for the smooth operation of our distribution network. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking and packing orders, organizing inventory, and preparing shipments for transportation. Safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment is essential. We maintain a strong commitment to a safe workplace, so adherence to all safety guidelines and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected from all team members. This position requires physical strength and endurance, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting of items. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming shipments, including unloading and inspection.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick products for orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders securely and label them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform tasks that involve consistent lifting and material handling.
