Your attention to detail will be critical in minimizing errors and maximizing customer satisfaction. We foster a culture of safety, requiring all employees to adhere to established protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary. We value teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to meeting production goals. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using an RF scanner.
- Verify picked items against order details.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain an organized and clutter-free workstation.
- Follow all safety procedures and use provided PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks as required.
- Achieve set targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Handle moderate lifting of boxes and items.
