You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse using RF scanners, locating items, and preparing them for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and order progress.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
