Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Los Angeles, California! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our e-commerce operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service. You will work with a variety of products, ensuring they are handled with care and prepared for dispatch. Our logistics operations depend on the accuracy and speed of our fulfillment team. Responsibilities include:
  • Picking customer orders accurately from warehouse shelves.
  • Packing items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Labeling packages with shipping information.
  • Preparing orders for shipment, including staging and loading onto trucks.
  • Conducting inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the logistics and warehouse operations.
This role involves moderate lifting and requires individuals who can stand for extended periods. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
