Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a new opportunity in Provo, Utah? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our warehouse by moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting inventory management. Your expertise with forklifts is vital to our efficiency and to maintaining a secure working environment. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, reach, electric pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Transport materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks.
- Perform routine checks on forklifts to ensure proper working order and Safety.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and put-away tasks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to all protocols.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any operational issues or Safety concerns immediately to management.
- May require occasional manual Lifting of packages.
- Ensure smooth Logistics operations through timely material movement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator, with relevant certifications.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including some Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to team goals.
- Knowledge of Logistics best practices is beneficial.
