We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent errors. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often working under pressure to meet deadlines. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to following all company policies and procedures. We emphasize a strong commitment to workplace safety and require all associates to adhere to safety protocols at all times. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required as on-the-job training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit for demanding tasks including significant Lifting, and have a positive attitude towards teamwork and operational excellence.
