We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Washington, D.C. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in processing customer orders from start to finish. This includes picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount. This position is key to our fast-paced logistics operations, contributing directly to the timely delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and condition before packing.
- Pack orders safely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment and ensure all necessary documentation is included.
- Process returns and restock inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively, such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and wear required PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking/packing, or warehouse work is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets and labels.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and order processing flow.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a secure and safe working area.
