We are seeking energetic Picker/Packers to join our busy logistics facility in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders and preparing those items for shipment. Your duties will include using order pick lists or scanners to locate products, carefully packing items to ensure they are protected during transit, and labeling packages for delivery. Maintaining an organized and clean workspace is essential for efficient operations. This position is crucial to our supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. A strong commitment to workplace safety is mandatory; you must follow all safety procedures and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 30 pounds, standing for extended periods, and bending. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and works well in a team environment. Previous picking and packing experience in a logistics setting is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided.
