We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our warehouse facility. This role is critical to our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked, stored, and distributed. You will operate various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks, to load and unload goods, move pallets, and replenish stock. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure the integrity of our inventory and the safety of our workplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe operation and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures. We are committed to providing a secure working environment and expect all team members to adhere strictly to our safety protocols. Compliance with all PPE requirements, such as safety vests and steel-toed boots, is mandatory. This position involves significant Lifting of items, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
