We are seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics network. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store inventory in appropriate locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
