Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly fulfillment goals.
- Understand and follow all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
