We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential tasks to support our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency within our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Sort, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders accurately using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection and presentation.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including staging, labeling, and loading onto trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
