We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our busy fulfillment center in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and carefully preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate boxes or containers, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to packages.
- Stage packed orders for shipment, organizing them by carrier or delivery route.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist in maintaining overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Good manual dexterity for picking and packing tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting productivity goals.
