Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Dallas, Texas. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse logistics. You will be responsible for training new hires, scheduling, performance management, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions quickly will be critical. This is a key position within our operations, contributing significantly to the efficiency and success of our logistics network. You will champion safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in warehouse supervision and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct daily warehouse activities and staff.
  • Ensure efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, security, and environmental compliance.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure adherence to PPE requirements.
  • Manage daily workflow, including tasks involving significant lifting.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with WMS and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Experience in managing a diverse team.
  • Commitment to fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Physical ability to demonstrate tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
