We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This position is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring timely and correct delivery of goods. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing scanning technology and following detailed instructions to fulfill orders. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are paramount. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary PPE. This role involves moderate physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is essential for efficient order fulfillment. We are committed to fostering a culture of safety and provide comprehensive training on safe lifting techniques and warehouse procedures. You will be responsible for verifying picked items against order sheets, ensuring the correct quantities and product types are selected. This role also includes general warehouse duties such as maintaining a clean and organized work area, stocking supplies, and assisting with inventory counts as needed.
