We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. You will perform a variety of tasks, including picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, operating material handling equipment, and conducting inventory counts. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to pick lists and customer specifications.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math and computer skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of Safety protocols is essential for this role. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage. Reliability and a strong work ethic are paramount.
