Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from various warehouse locations based on order fulfillment lists.
  • Pack items carefully and securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Inspect orders for accuracy and completeness before packing.
  • Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and utilize provided PPE.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
  • Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment targets.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Capability of lifting up to 45 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse safety standards.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
