Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from various warehouse locations based on order fulfillment lists.
- Pack items carefully and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect orders for accuracy and completeness before packing.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and utilize provided PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with receiving and put-away as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capability of lifting up to 45 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse safety standards.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
