We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence in the logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and PPE.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous.
