Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly identified and packaged.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move inventory efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update records.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and improve workflow.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the distribution center.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
