Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify product counts against purchase orders.
- Sort and stock received items into designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Properly utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as operational needs dictate.
