Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This role involves a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, kitting, and preparing items for shipment within our state-of-the-art logistics facility. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, efficient, and possess a strong commitment to quality and safety. The Fulfillment Associate is critical to our operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the smooth functioning of our supply chain. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve operational goals in a dynamic warehouse setting. A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a productive work environment are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Assemble kits or value-added services as required.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Ensure all items are packaged securely and appropriately for transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including packing stations and inventory locations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, safely and efficiently.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock replenishment as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Proficiency in using warehouse technology, including RF scanners.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
