We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain the accuracy of stock levels in our San Antonio, Texas facility. This critical role involves overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, investigating discrepancies, and implementing procedures to minimize loss and optimize stock rotation. You will work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting. A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in inventory management software are essential. The position also requires adherence to stringent Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE, especially when handling materials. While direct physical Lifting may be less frequent than in other warehouse roles, the ability to move inventory as needed is necessary. Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field is required.
