We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is essential to our distribution process, focusing on accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You will work closely with inventory management systems to ensure stock accuracy and assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Essential duties include navigating the warehouse, identifying products, assembling orders, and preparing them for shipment. Demonstrating a commitment to Safety is non-negotiable; this includes proper handling of materials and consistent use of required PPE. The physical demands of this role involve frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 45 lbs. Experience in logistics or a similar warehouse setting is preferred but not strictly required for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
