We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Sacramento, California. In this versatile role, you will contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your efforts are crucial to the smooth functioning of our logistics and supply chain. This position requires physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to workplace Safety. Your role is essential for timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Follow all PPE guidelines meticulously.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
