Become a key player in our warehouse operations as an Order Picker in Kansas City, Missouri. Your primary focus will be accurately and efficiently retrieving items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. This role is crucial to our logistics chain, requiring speed, precision, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include reading order sheets or using scanning devices to locate products, carefully picking items, and preparing them for the packing and shipping departments. Maintaining an organized and clean work environment is also essential. We are dedicated to maintaining a high standard of Safety, and all employees must strictly follow safety protocols and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves substantial physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 45 pounds and being on your feet for the entire shift. Previous experience as a picker or in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not required, as we offer comprehensive training.
