Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will contribute directly to our team's success and customer satisfaction. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all employees must adhere to safety guidelines and use provided PPE. This position requires consistent physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Key Responsibilities include:

Loading and unloading of trucks.
Receiving and stocking of inventory.
Picking and packing orders accurately.
Preparing orders for shipment.
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Assisting with inventory counts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to follow instructions, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals eager to learn.
