Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Replenish stock on warehouse shelves.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety.
- Ensure all necessary PPE is worn correctly at all times.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and operational success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of required PPE.
