We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining an organized work environment. Your primary duties will include retrieving items from warehouse shelves using an order sheet or scanner, carefully packing items into appropriate boxes, and ensuring all shipments are correctly labeled. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily shipping targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. The ability to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting is essential, as you may be required to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. This role is a key component in our supply chain and requires individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess a positive attitude. Training will be provided on specific warehouse procedures and equipment, but prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus. - Accurately pick products based on order requirements.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Securely pack products, ensuring safe transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
