We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our team at our Baltimore, Maryland location. This role is fundamental to our logistics and fulfillment operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately locating items based on order sheets, picking them from inventory, and then carefully packing them to ensure they arrive at their destination safely. Precision, speed, and attention to detail are key attributes for success in this role. You will utilize scanning technology to manage inventory and order fulfillment. Key duties include reading pick tickets, retrieving products from various warehouse locations, inspecting items for damage, and using appropriate packaging materials and methods to prepare them for shipping. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also essential for safety and efficiency within the logistics center. This position requires physical stamina, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 35 pounds. Adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
