We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate for our busy facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products, contributing to the overall success of our distribution operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy and safety. Key responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed), meticulously checking incoming shipments against orders, and accurately picking items for outgoing orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and ensuring the safe and orderly storage of merchandise. A significant part of this role involves physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable.
