We are seeking an diligent Inventory Clerk for our facility in Boise, Idaho. As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. This position is essential for our logistics operations, ensuring efficient stock management and supporting smooth order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies, processing stock adjustments, and maintaining accurate inventory records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical skills. We are committed to a safe working environment, mandating adherence to all safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Record and process inventory adjustments accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the WMS.
- Track inventory levels and report on stock status.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory items.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse stock.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and management teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency with WMS or similar inventory tracking software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular lifting (up to 35 lbs).
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
