Join our expanding fulfillment center in Phoenix, Arizona as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, kitting, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. This role is fundamental to our logistics process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Perform kitting and assembly of products as required.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order status.
- Prepare shipments for carriers, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety guidelines and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Follow proper lifting and material handling procedures to prevent injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the logistics operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, e-commerce, warehousing, or a related logistics field is a plus.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in safe lifting techniques and material handling is essential.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime.
