We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is crucial to our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receiving to shipping. You will be involved in loading and unloading trucks, transporting materials to and from designated areas, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. A strong commitment to safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and a solid understanding of warehouse procedures. Experience with various types of forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up models, is preferred. The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
