This role is 3-6 months: Contract HYBRID Onsite: Mon, Tues, Thurs REMOTE: Wed and Fri
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Management: Respond promptly to customer calls, inquiries, and service requests related to utility services.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer billing questions, service issues, and complaints, applying de-escalation techniques.
- Service Coordination: Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians and sales representatives.
