Job Description
Serves as the initial point of contact for Admissions Office. Maintains contact with prospective Parents and applicants, answering questions, responding to email messages and schedule/conduct tours for prospective Parents. Facilitate testing for new students and schedule initial Parent/Student interviews with Principal. Coordinates tracking of enrollment application materials, update and maintain school roster, and requests school records during application process. Send out acceptance letters and collaboratively works with and communicates directly with Finance Office during admissions and registration process. Completes general Admissions Office duties including: photocopying, filing, faxing, printing, scanning and attention to detail. Answers Admissions phone line and maintain email alerts to Parents; check messages, make and return calls. Maintain cleanliness and organization of Admission Office area. Relieve Receptionist when needed.
Experience with computers, Microsoft software, school alert email systems, SchoolWorx software a plus, but will train. Must possess a professional/cheerful personality; 2-3 years’ experience required.
