About the Role
The Customer Service Associate will support order processing, customer communications, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth and accurate experience for customers. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and confident communicating with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer orders in the CMS/ERP system with high accuracy.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Work with internal teams to resolve order issues, returns, and invoice discrepancies.
- Communicate product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Provide proactive updates related to logistics or supply chain changes.
