Landscape Construction Foreman

Job Description

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces? If so, Gould’s Lawn and Landscaping is looking for a foreman with Hardscaping and Landscaping experience to join our team. We specialize in high quality residential landscape and hardscape installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

-          Supervise and lead a crew in daily landscaping and hardscaping operations

-          Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards

-          Read and interpret landscape plans, drawings, and blueprints

-          Safely Operate and maintain equipment and tools

-          Communicate with project manager, clients and team members

-          Train and mentor crew members to promote teamwork and productivity

Qualifications:

-          Minimum of 3 - 5+ years of experience in landscaping and hardscaping (leadership experience preferred)

-          Valid Drivers License

-          Strong knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, grading, drainage and planting

-          Ability / Experience to operate skid steers, excavators, saws and other industry tools and equipment
