QC Lead

Job Description

QC Lead (Electrical/Data Center) – Cedar Rapids, IA

Pay:  $38.46–$48.07/hr
Per Diem:  $100/day
Start:  ASAP
Duration:  Long-Term | Temp-to-Hire

Scope:

• Lead QC team  on active data center project
• Enforce specs, codes & standards during install
• Train & coach QCTs  on quality, specs & code compliance
• Schedule daily QCT work  + coordinate with supers on ready-to-inspect areas
• Provide field support & presence with supers at PEI
• Facilitate FTEs  alongside Energy Marshall

Requirements:

• Strong Electrical QC background  (Data Center preferred)
• Proven leadership / crew coordination experience
• Able to read prints, enforce specs & drive quality in the field
• English required (Spanish a plus )
