Full Job Description
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Full-Time
An established healthcare practice in Northern Colorado is seeking an experienced, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing speech program. This position will begin as full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who values autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to help shape a developing clinical program.
Listing will remain open until filled.
Location Services will be provided in office at our Johnstown clinic, conveniently located right off I-25.
Compensation is session-based. Final pay is dependent on experience, clinical skillset, and ability to work independently.
Schedule & Employment Status
* Flexible scheduling within clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* Session lengths typically range from 30–60 minutes

Qualifications & Skills
Required
* Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology license
* ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required
* Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
* Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
* Excellent communication skills
* HIPAA compliance
Strongly Preferred
* Prior clinical experience as a practicing SLP
* Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations
* Comfort contributing to program development and interdisciplinary collaboration
Responsibilities
* Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide speech, language, APD therapy, and auditory training
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Support program development and community outreach initiatives
